Jasna Koteska


Jasna holds a Ph.D in literature and she is a Full Professor of literature, theoretical psychoanalisys and gender studies at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. Koteska works in the fields of theoretical psychoanalysis (Freud, Lacan, Kristeva, Klein), literary theory and gender studies, and with the variety of topics, including: intimacy, sanitation, trauma, abject, ressentiment, repetition, miniaturization, gestures, and also: communism, 19th century philosophy and literature, early psychoanalysis, postmodernism, and feminism. Jasna has published over two hundred texts in journals and magazines in Macedonia and abroad.
